- Mr. Mark Libratore and his family had a great rooster fishing charter on the Cormoran boat, they caught 11 rooster fish on the Punta de Palmares, gulf of Papagayo.

- Jose Mendez, The Albatres boat captain, fishing out from the Allegro Papagayo hotel caught 4 big roosterfish, one 20lbs yellowfin tuna and one 25lbs Jurel fishing on the Punta Blanca.
- Mr. Mark Libratore and his family, fishing out from the Paradisus Playa Conchal on the Cormoran boat with Adolfo Mendez captain, caught 9 rooster fish in the nearby Punta de Palmares, here in the golfo de Papagayo.
